About

Less than a third of all waste glass gets recycled in the US due to the lack of curbside glass recycling options, with the remaining 8.5 million tons going to landfills annually. By ensuring that glass waste is diverted to processing facilities where it can be turned into raw materials for glass manufacturers, Infinity Glass Recycling closes a gap in the glass recycling process.

Our Mission: The mission of Infinity Glass Recycling is to eliminate waste glass from reaching landfills by providing a convenient and inexpensive waste glass pickup service.

Our Vision: Our vision is a world where glass recycling is universally embraced and practiced, leading to environmental benefits and less waste.

Our Values: Service, honesty, integrity, hard work, transparency, accountability, volunteerism, sustainable living, environmental stewardship, recycling awareness

Why Should We Recycle Glass?

Glass is not only 100% recyclable if done the right way, it also has many other benefits when recycled .

For every 10% of cullet (recycled glass) in the glassmaking feed mixture reduces energy costs by nearly 3%, extending furnace lives and reducing operating costs, ultimately lowering final glass product prices.

On top of that, cullet significantly reduces greenhouse gas emissions during manufacturing by 5%, with glassmakers reducing 1 metric ton of CO2 emissions for every 6 metric tons of cullet used.

Plus John C. Mauro, a materials scientist and glass specialist, suggests adding cullet to glass feed mixtures to improve glass product quality. Melting cullet prevents trapped bubbles and deposition of crystals, while reducing streaks and optical imperfections.
